I enjoyed the first in this series, so was disappointed by the negative review that appeared on Amazon about this sequel. So much so, that I didn't buy it for over 6 months. However, I am now very pleasd that I did buy it as it has good character development of the main characters Lily and Rule and a lot of the minor ones. There is also a great new character in Cynna and I certainly feel the magical world created by Ms Wilks is credible and worth reading more about. I won't wait next time!

This book follows on almost exactly where the previous book ended, Rule and Lily are still getting used to the mate bond and earning how to live with on another. We meet some of the characters from the previous book and some new ones as well including an ex-girlfriend of Rules who Lily has to work with.
In this book Lily is attacked by a demon and this takes her on a journey into hell with Rule trapped in his wolf form. I won't spoil the storyline but I did find myself skipping through parts of the latter stage of the book as it got a little strange. I did enjoy reading this and liked to pick up where the previous book left off. If you enjoyed tempting danger you should enjoy this.

Loved the first book in the series Tempting Danger, waited expectently for the next book need not have bothered was one of the most boring books I have ever read the first book had good characters that you cared about by the middle of the second book I realised that if say a nuclear bomb dropped out of the sky and destroyed everyone I just would have shrugged and said its probably for the best in the first book both families were involved and you wanted to find out more about them both in the second book this book went on a completely different path it was almost as if there was two different authors writing these books
