When I ordered this iron there were no previous customer reviews - big mistake. The best I can say is that it's an OK product. Positive points - lovely long lead; quite light (I don't like heavy irons); easy to grip; extremely easy to fill, in fact the best water flap I have ever seen on an iron; controls are easy to understand and use; easy to store as the lead winds around the handle neatly. But, and it's an important "but" - it's simply not very "glidey". Also, although named "Turbosteam" I didn't find that the amount of steam was particularly turbocharged.
