Having previously had a Morphy Richards for 9 years I stupidly expected this one to be of the same quality and performance. Although basically the same as the last one it is rubbish in comparison. The outside casing was dented on arrival but we pushed out the dent - casing is so poor it allowed this. When the basket handle is folded in it lies in the oil and has to be cleaned before cooking or oil drips down the front of casing. Morphy Richards need to rethink their design and produce a better quality.
