This is very sleek looking it sits perfectly on the counter top, so very easy to put together, and take apart for cleaning, nice uncomplicated dials, a few cooking guidelines in the instruction booklet - but most cooking is done by eye. I would say, i have a couple cripes, the handle for the basket folds back into itself for tidy storage when not in use, however, the handle ends up in the oil - so you must make sure your oil is cold before tidy storing, as a result of the handle being a third submerged in the oil, it does make the handle a bit slippery - nothing a bit of kitchen roll can sort out. Also, when you hook the basket over the edge to drain your food, oil drips down the front of the fryer - again a folded piece of kitchen paper as a "doily" sorts that out. any oil spills or splashes on the exterior of the fryer wipe off nicely and unmarked with warm soapy water. Perfect for 2, good for 3, not really suitable for 4+ portions.

superb value for money, a good size but not what id call family sized if you plan on doing chips for everyone at the same time etc great for scampi and scotch eggs or meals for two/three people.heats up instantly and looks fab, so good to find something other than silver or white.

Fryer is OK but I wish I had bought a stainless steel one as the matt black surface shows every mark.
