Probably the worst electrical appliance I have ever owned..( I have owned 5 of these things)
Replaced twice the lid snapps off really easily the spout is easily damaged which leads to water flowing down the front of the vessel rather than into the cup/pot. None of the Timers has ever worked for more than a couple of weeks.
Some have leaked and despite regulare replacment of cartridge they all scale up so it looks awful.
The only reason I keep using the surviving one is that I purchased the filters in bulk and it seems a shame to throw them away

I thought they had been discontinued..

on the positive side..they boil quickly!
