big disappointment with pixigirl 9 May 2010

I ordered a coffee machine from pixigirl and they delivered the wrong machine, it was twice the size of the machine that I had ordered.

I tried in vain to find out how to return it and a relative (who works in IT) tried without success. We sent 3 emails before anyone bothered to reply. Eventually Amazon
sent an email confirming that I was being credited with the amount I had paid. At no point did anyone apologise for the time and trouble caused.

I have ordered items in the past from Amazon without any problems, however I would never order anything from pixigirl again.

A most unsatisfactory experience.
