As part of the Accents range, Morphy Richards has incorporated a mixture of stainless steel and plastic in the Accent Dome Kettle to create a distinctive, retro look. This kettle features a 3 kW concealed rapid boil element that holds a maximum of 1.7 litres, blue illumination in the water gauge and a dual water window to help you fill it with just the right amount of water. A 360-degree cordless base, removable limescale filter and fail-safe cut-out are also included. Available in blue, green, red and black.

Usually a very satisfied Amazon customer this Morphy Richards kettle was very disappointing because the button to open the lid failed to operate after a few days

The kettle looks good and is fast and quiet. After 2 weeks the button that releases he lid had broken, not impressed. Sent back and exchanged for a different model.
Amazon Verified Purchase
I bought this kettle on behalf of my nephew whose new kitchen has blue accessories. The colour of the kettle in the picture looked as though it would match. Disappointed to find the colour was not quite true to the picture however he decided to keep the kettle as we could not find another blue kettle anywhere.
