An excellent slow cooker. I bought one for my daughter who is a teacher and finds it very useful to have a hot meal ready when she finishes her busy day, and quite recently I bought another for my grandson who is at university and I also have glowing reports about roasts casseroles and many other dishes which he prepares in advance, so all in all a tremendous asset, easy to clean and store. Thank you Morphy Richards.

I might have a lemon - but the company aren't very helpful when I try to fnd out. I've tried to cook two veggie dishes in the slow cooker. I followed the guidance in the little recipe book provided. Both times after 3.5 hours on medium the food came out barely warm. Morphy Richards claim I'm misusing the thing by transferring food to it from somewhere else - but this is what the recipe book says! You get the recipe started on the stove and then cook it slowly in the slow cooker.
I'd not recommend it on the basis that Morphy Richards customer service is terrible - they don't know their own procudts and when you try to see if a product is not working as it should the advice you are given is plain wrong - then they ignore you. I will now have to post it back to Amazon at my expense to sort this out.
