I bought this appliance for my housemate as a Birthday present and she loves it. I love rice and this cooker makes it just exactly how I like it, not soggy or dry......and tasty too!

I would recommend this appliance to anyone out there! And the price was just affordable as it is easy to use.

Have been thinking of getting one for ages. So glad I did now. Although there can be a small amount of rice stuck to the base after cooking, I found that the second time I used it, I kept giving it a stir, taking care not to burn my hands on the steam. Worked like magic. You could also spray the inside of the bowl with a non-fat cooking spray: that might work also. The minimum amount of rice you can cook is 4 cups but I just freeze what I am not going to use and it saves time next time I need some rice.

I was thoroughly dissappointed with this so called 'Rice and Pasta Cooker'. I've only used once and I want be using it again. I should have just bought a non-stick pan for half the price!
