I have no trouble with this bread maker and it makes the traditional shaped loaf. The hole left from both paddles in the bread is not really noticeable, I have seen the craters left from other bread makers and there is no comparison. Produces a loaf of bread that looks like a loaf of bread rather than a cube that other breadmakers produce. I highly recommend it.

The double kneading is truly excellent, As all breadmakers, it takes time to get used to the correct mix between the type of flour and Yeast you are using. Once that works it is easy sailing and you are free to be as creative as you like. The quality of the parts is excellent and easy to handle. The window is cool to see through, but I opted to covering it with Foil so as to get a more balanced bread color. All in all, an excellent breadmaker. The recepies in the booklet are excellent.
