Great looking. Matches Manhattan kettle. Well made (2year guarantee). Easy to keep clean & shiny with a spray s/s cleaner. Has a blue light indicator for toast browner. Very Cleverly designed crumb tray. Just lift the toaster out of its black stand & thats your crumb tray, simple. Comes with a bun warmer that stands on top of the toaster. Doubles up as a toast rack. I warm my plate on it as well. Very well thought out. Highly recommend.

I have recently bought the Morphy Richards 44420 Manhatten Stainless Steel Two Slice Toaster and am very pleased with it. The toaster looks stylish, is easy to use and does what it says on the packet. All in all very pleased.

The toaster looks very nice and certainly has the functions I wanted, however tehre were two problemsw with it:
1. The lever needed a bit of twiddling to stay down and this was a bit of a joke trying to use it for toasting. I gave it a go, but having to press the leer 5 or 10 times to get it to stick isn't something I expected
2. The timer dial requires a lot of moving to get it to change level. There are about 8 LEDs for the timer and to get from level 1 to 8 took an awful lot of turning the dial. I didn't see this as a real problem as in reality I'd probably jsut use the same setting all the time.

If it wasn't for the no 1. fault, I'd probably have given the toaster 4 stars.

Amazon's return policy is quite unusual - you need to print a pre paid label and get DHL to collect on a certain day (which you decide). If you want to return it via teh Post Office and Royal Mail, then you have to pay for it.
