Arrived in timley manner, and does what it's supposed to, coffe tastes nicer without the limescale at the botto!

essentially this is a good kettle, aesthetically pleasing and quick to boil. However it is heavy, even before it is filled and it can take a little while for the water to filter through.

This is a very striking looking kettle. It is light and easy to pour from, but is taller than my last kettle so can be difficult to fill when the sink is full! The fill hole is large and is covered with a sliding door, which is neat. The filtered water makes a lovely cup of tea; however the replacement filters are expensive and only last one month. The smallest amount of water that you can boil is 2 cups, this is more than enough for a mug.
I've used the kettle for a couple of months and the lettering and fill marks are starting to wear off already, hence only 4 stars. Not really a problem though.

V Good for crappy water area!!

Good-looking and efficient
