This is the second filter kettle I have purchased and this one is the best. My wife loves the fact it's white so it fits in with the rest of the kitchen. I love it because it filters really fast and is not heavy to use. Buy with confidence, it's great.

We have had several 'Brita filter' kettles before buying this one. Unlike the others, this one pours very well - the best yet. The sliding feature on the lid for re-filling is neat and easy to use, and the extra capacity with this kettle is so much better than the other kettles we have tried. At last we can boil enough water to make four mugs of hot drinks, all in one go.

Bought for £23 and it came with a filter.
It's using by far the fastest filter available on the marketplace - so it's worth waiting those extra seconds for the water to filter through.
Of course, it can be used to filter then drink cold water too.
I can't see why anyone can complain that you have to wait for the water to filter, considering it's much quicker than the brita filters of old.
This kettle will continue to boil while filtering.
Both my wife and I find that:
1) It locates onto the base easily
2) Filters and boils fast
3) We noticed the difference it made in the hard water area of London that we live in.
4) It's ever so slightly top heavy when not fully full, but not annoyingly so.
5) It pours fast, accurately and well, so be careful not to tip it up too quickly
Overall, it looks the part even if it doesn't have a stainless steel finish and does the job extremely well of giving you filtered hot water in reasonable quantity and in a short time too.

Excellent kettle
Living in an area where the water is hard Brita filters are a godsent, this kettle was so well priced I could not resist it and it's a much better design than my former Bosch one

Satisfactory
I find that some water droplets run down the kettle from the spout after pouring.
