About the Author
In 1980 Professor Dr. Florian Hufnagl became the curator at Die Neue Sammlung and lecturer for Art History of the 19th and 20th century at the University of Munich. Since 1990 he has been the director of Die Neue Sammlung -The International Design Museum Munich (State Museuam of Applied Arts and Design). He has published numerous books, exhibition catalogues and articles on themes in the fields of architecture, painting, applied arts and design, specifically relating to the 20th and 21st century. Professor Dr. Jurgen Adam is an architect, based in Munich and former lecturer for architecture (design and engineering) at Stuttgart University.
