While this book covers the history of the Plus 8 reasonably well, it does contain a lot inaccuracies.
The Triumph 2000 saloon engine mentioned early on was never a 4 cylinder as far as I recall, but a 6.
He insists on calling the 3.5 litre fuel injected engine a 3.6. Neither Rover nor Morgan ever called it other than a 3.5. Later on the 3.9 hotwire features quite heavily, but the 4.0 (still the same capacity as the 3.9, but with updated fuel injection - GEMS) hardly warrants a mention.
As stated above in another review there is no mention of the LM limited edition cars either.
All in all an interesting read, but don't take it as a definitive history of the model - that it certainly isn't.
