The author has a clear writing style, an organised structure to his writing and obvious experience in the field.
The principles are sound and cannot be argued with. If you are seriously looking to improve your efficiency this book will provide a lot of food for thought for you. A condensed and efficient guide that combines practical and simple techniques with more sophisticated and 'new age' principles.

My father was a master at turning the mundane into the exciting. He had a way of creating competition with the number of attempts so that everything I did added to the end results, and every aspect of the job had merit. Reading this reminded me of his expertise in this area, when I was young and couldn't see that he was spending more time training me than he would have spent just doing it himself. The principles in the book are timeless, and spot on, you won't do better for a quick refresher course or a simple introduction to productivity management.

I confess, I'm a world class procrastinator. I fight multiple deadlines almost daily. This is another wonderful self-help book by Beau. The strategies he discusses are very unique and I have found them extremely helpful. I would recommend this to anyone who struggles with time management and productivity, because let's face it, we all could benefit from getting more done in our lives. Where this book is most useful is in providing strategies thet have been used successfully by other people. You will have to experiment to find what works best for you. I give this book four stars because although it is comprehensive, I feel it could be even more useful if the author would contact people who have used this book and gather their testimonies, not only of the success stories, but of those people who met with little success. That information could be used to help readers know what to avoid. In sum, this book is potentially a gold mine if you are dealing with procrastination in your life. It is a must-have if you're looking to increase productivity.

Get More Done in Less Time, another great book by Beau Norton! I want to thank the author, because he gives so many useful tips on how to avoid procrastination: how to set up goal setting and use them as motivation; the use of visualization and how is it powerful for achieving your goals; the self-talk method to reset the brain and focusing on our task; the time management; and an important aspects, your morning ritual; and the reward system, exploiting the emotional states of pleasure and fear as motivation!; the importance to have a mastermind group that help you to achieve your personal success!
I definitely recommend this book!!
