As a big fan of Danny King and having recently read 'Blue Collar' - which I liked incidentally - I approached this book with a little trepidation as I worried that maybe Danny had been seduced by the dark side of 'mainstream' fiction. As it turned out I needn't have worried, 'More Burglar Diaries' sees him, and us, back on familiar territory as loveable scumbags Bex and Ollie blunder their way through peoples houses and businesses with often hilarious results. The best part for me though is the almost throwaway one-liners that pepper this book. Most (inferior) writers would make a big thing of these quality lines but King has so many up his sleeve that he just throws them into conversations with no build up at all which, for me, makes them all the funnier. An excellent tome - nice one.
