I've just read this book to my daughter and we both loved it, it's a tightly plotted page turner with great characters and lots of atmosphere for all ages, we can't wait for the second one now!

I bought this book for my 12 year old granddaughter, who actually took the trouble to ring me and say how she enjoyed it! Unsolicited praise indeed. Not being averse to the odd teenage read myself, I did read it and have to say it is very exciting and well written. I particularly liked the Chase at the end and the fact there is a really good cliffhanger. I see that this is Cathy Farr's first book and look forward to the second as the characters do have lots of potential to grow and develop their powers (do we see another Harry Potter in the making?)

This is one of the most exciting books I have read for some time, just when you think Will and his friends are safe from the Wraith Wolves wham! another dangerous situation unfolds. I loved the characters and their humour, especially Will and his new friend Mortimer and everyone can relate to Seth! I couldn't put this book down and was on the edge of my seat throughout - I Cant wait to see what new adventures lie in store in the next book.
