We bought this play house for our little boy for Christmas. I did have my reservations as it is awfully light weight and only half moulded unlike Little Tikes whose toys are moulded and smooth on both sides. The step out has to be navigated with care else little feet will get scraped on the sharpe raw edges. There are little finger sized sharpe edged holes to cause injury and the window shutters also fell apart. The kitchen area was a fantastic idea, one my little boy loved but he did not enjoy the cuts and grazes he received when he stumbled and fell bottom first onto the rough edge of the open oven. After this i packaged the item up and returned it to Amazon who refunded my money and I have now purchased the Little Tikes cosy cottage, which although not as visually pleasing is a much safer option with and nice low "step" in and no nasty sharpe edges to cause my little boy injury and upset while playing in his favourite toy.

My one and half year old daughter loves playing in the playhouse rain or shine.
We put on a door chime and stickers to make it our own unique toy and she can easily open doors, windows and oven. I lovely vibrant coloured playhouse that is easy to keep clean and durable in bad weather. Fantastic buy
