Feuding flatmates Daphne Pegg and Roland Moody are reunited in the second series of this cleverly scripted, bittersweet comedy-drama. Starring Judy Cornwell (Keeping Up Appearances) and Derek Waring (Z Cars), Moody and Pegg chronicles the fraught yet occasionally mutually beneficial relationship between two very different people trying to live under the same roof after a rogue estate agent leases the same flat to both of them. Series Two is again scripted by noted screenwriters Julia Jones and Donald Churchill. Disillusioned civil servant Daphne and recently divorced antiques dealer Roland find themselves thrown together once more, following a quarrel that had almost put paid to their unorthodox flat-sharing arrangement. This is a lovely series with dreat light viewing with well known supporting actors, great deal of fun and laugh's , shame we don't get loveable comedy's and dramra's today. this is a wonderful series , make sure you watch the whole series.

I watched this as a child and had such fond memories of it and I never expected to see it available to buy, so I was so excited to see that it was.
It is a lovely, gentle programme; just as good as I remember. If there are more series available, I will be ordering them.
