I can confirm Humphrey's review: this card would be obvious in a deck, since it's kind of a cheap print left in a frame, instead of a nicely finished card.
However, I decided that the card is still funny (or maybe even more) this way: indeed the card is not fit for play, but since it's called "Sir Not Appearing In This Game" that kind of makes sense.
My advise would be to just leave it in the frame and show it to your friends, saying: "Look what didn't make the final cut into the game".
No special rules apply to it (it's just another knight of the round table), so you don't really miss out on any additional gameplay value when leaving it out of your deck.
If you're looking for cards that actually add some new gameplay, have a look at Monty Python Fluxx Castle Expansion Pack (7 NEW Game Cards).
This card however is best thought of as a joke not actually meant to be added to a deck.

a nice idea badly executed.
the production values of this additional card do not match the main set:
* the back print is mid grey, as opposed to black.
* you have to cut the card out of it's mounting, leading to all kinds of shape & finish variations dependant on your crafting skills.
this means the card is obvious in the deck - you know what it is before you turn it over, which sort of defeats the point.
a real shame, as the Monty Python Fluxx Castle Expansion Pack (7 NEW Game Cards) i bought at the same time is spot on - slots right in seamlessly.

I purchased this card thinking it would be a fun extra keeper to add to the Monty Python Fluxx game. Unfortunately, it's printed on a sheet of really flimsy cardboard that you need to punch it out of, and the back is completely uncoated. That means that when added to the deck, it would stick out like a sore thumb and likely fall apart after a couple of plays anyway. Very poor production quality.

This is a complete waste of time. I am a dork. I wanted, so I got. Therefore, it was a useful and needed purchase. They were quick and friendly. Who could ask for more? My stupidity for purchasing a single card through the mail does not reflect on the excellence of the seller. They did more than satisfy me on my aimless purchase. But How could I resist the allure of pulling this card out after so many years of endlessly quoting the infamous film? It is a must be. If life is other than I suspect, then this is a waste of time. But let's have fun, you and I, just this once. c'mon. what are you afraid of? I apologize, for sir not appearing in this review could not make it. Who would have guessed?
