Easy machine to use. Cleans my wooden floors very well. Very quiet to use & very light to lift. Heads are very simple to change, instruction book makes it look more complicated than it is. Would recommend.

Amazon Verified Purchase
I ordered this steam mop because it is a Which? best buy. Even so, it was with some trepidation as I had ordered a different make which was broken after a couple of uses and had to be sent back. This one is a different story! It performs exellently!!! Slight drawback is that you have to keep your finger on the steam control . It stops steaming if you lose concentration and lose the grip on the control. Even so I would highly recomend the product. When you fit the steaming pads fit them tightly otherwise the full surface of the pad isn't used but once you get the hang of it it is brilliant.

Excellent, easy to use, labour-saving piece of equipment
This mop is easy to use, labour-saving and the long cable allows you to mop more than one room without switching plugs. I would definately recommend this product.
