My husband and I started to follow the Montignac method but soon found that British food, eating habits and cook books don't make it easy to follow this diet. However, we bought the Montignac cookbook and have tried most of the recipes in it over the past six months. One or two of them have been a dissapointment but most are very good and some are outstanding e.g. shoulder of lamb cooked in lemon. This book has been invaluable in helping us to use the Montignac method successfully by providing a broad range of interesting and appetising meals which follow the diet's principles.
