A month of mornings began as it should, as an experiment.
Life is an experiment.
We make plans. We change them.
The plans change us.
Thus we evolve.

Thus, I began the forward for my first volume of the morning series late last year.
What began as an exercise each morning, in amazement of how I perceived myself, my surrounds, and my upcoming day, evolved to a connecting to the other series I started then also, “Everyday Gratitudes,” part of my “A Year of Gratitude” series.
One series addressed waking to each morning. The other spoke of finding or discovering a moment of gratitude, during the course of each of those days.
Eventually, I began to be less and less able to differentiate my waking time from my awake-time later in the day.
Finally, I decided the Gratitude series encompassed both more completely, than even having both detailing each part of my day.
The included Forwards to each of the four month long volumes chronicle the progress of that decision.
The result is I gained an appreciation of the how organic life really is. And I feel I’ve just really begun experiencing that, via my continuing the Gratitude series.
I began the Everyday Gratitude books on Thanksgiving 2011, and would like, and plan to, complete the cycle of a full year, back to Thanksgiving 2012.
I’ve maintained that all of us, any one of us, can do this self-documentation, and learn more about ourselves.
The merging of my mornings to my days, to the degree I’m already feeling and seeing, was not something I had expected.
My hope in this series is to provide an example of what one person saw and learned, and thus encourage anyone interested in learning and discovering more about themselves, to do something similar.
I hope you enjoy this companion book of Four Months “A Month of Mornings,” and if you do, to please consider “Liking” my listing on my product page, and telling your friends about it.
