The product is good & well designed but the special instructions could be better. The Fiesta has only one off-set chassis mounting position if both straps are hooked here then the carrier is pulled to one side & not secure (this can be rectified by fitting/bolting a bracket to the wheel-well).
The bumper distorts when the cycles are loaded (this can be rectified by laying a foam/plywood support on the bumper before fitting the carrier).
The instructions do warn that the rear wiper must not be used when the rack is fitted however the rear wiper gives a complementary wipe if the front wipers & reverse gear is selected, expensive damage could easily result if this was over-looked (an isolator switch should be added to the rear wiper motor).
These comments apply to other carriers of this design and I still feel the carrier is good value.

I bought this rack to fit a Jaguar XF. I found it easy to assemble and a good fit on a saloon car. It certainly mounted the bikes high enough not to obscure the lights or number plate. Its about half the price of the Halfords alternative and seems much stronger. Overall a good buy.

Fanastic product.Would recommend it too anyone.Unlike some bike racks this 3 bike carrier as a high safe loading of 45kgs so you can be confident that your bike will not brake the carrier and cause damage or accident.Ive seen some 3 bike carriers that only have 35kgs max weight which is 3 lightweight quality bikes.Not the heavy £100 type.Coope

Fell off the back of the car
Good service & delivery. But fitting instructions are poor. Easy to thread the straps the wrong way resulting in bikes & carrier falling off on busy dual carriageway. Read more

Brilliant
Takes my 2 bikes without an issue. Fits my 2008 Laguna 3 without obstructing any light or the number plate. Definately recommend.

Serves the purpose
Fiddly to set up, but fits well. Quite high, so you need to be strong to lift the bikes up into position for fastening.

Only for adults bikes with a crossbar
