Bought this to read to the Reception class I work in - they really enjoyed it, and I had a request to read it again the very next day! They loved the idea of the monsters being frightened by a kiss, and the idea of the walking toaster in particular. Hope there is a follow up book as promised in the story!

My two year old son's favourite book! He loves all of the kap-pow, pooh and whoosh sounds that he can join in with as you read. And he loves a big Monster Kiss. I love reading it to him too!

Very disappointing book which really doesn't flow well. So sentences will cross pages and there isn't a good rhythm to the story. After reading it a couple of times I can't see me reading it to my son again, this has to be the worst children's book I've bought so far. Such a shame as the artwork is lovely so it could have been a wonderful book.
