5.0 out of 5 stars Witty and informative - I passed the test! 17 Mar. 2012
Format:Kindle Edition
For fans of mythological creatures and bizarre monsters this is a riot!

Great illustrations (some laugh out loud funny, others bizarrely haunting), each accompanied by fun facts for the whole family.

The deranged menagerie contained in this here ebook will make you laugh, cry and (should you indeed pay attention) make you a playground authority on Greek mythology's finest.

I want to see more of this from B. Justice, an interesting artist/writer, with unique style and subtle wit.

Parents will enjoy this as much (maybe even more so!) than the kids, and this wide appeal is makes this a great little compendium.

Definitely worth a go just for the amazing depiction of the Sphinx - I love that guy!

I liked the pictures but it needed more information on the origin of the monsters and the myths based on them.

5.0 out of 5 stars A fun book of illustrations 31 May 2012
By Terri Bogard - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Kindle Edition
This book contains 26 colorful, cartoonish illustrations of dragons. The author includes the dragon's name and a short(1-2 sentences) description of each dragon.
Some of the dragons are taken from world mythology while others appear to be original creations(or at least outside of my knowledge of dragon lore).

Perfect for young boys that make it their mission to learn and repeat the names of things. Maybe you know one of these, too?
