This eight disc set contains the second half of season three and the first half of season four. Unfortunately Monsterquest was cancelled half way through season four so this will probably be the final dvd release.
Season 3 part 2: Lake Demons/ Sea Monsters/ Mysterious Ape Island/ Gigantic Killer Fish II/ Isle of the Lost Tiger/ Killer Jellyfish/ Flying Monsters/ The curse of the Monkey Man/ Killer Crocs/ The Last Dinosaur/ Critical Evidence/ The Real Cujo/ Terror from the sky/ Killer Chimps in America/ Tigers in the suburbs/ The real Moby Dick/ Abominable Snowman (2 hour special).
Season Four part 1: Monster Sharks/ Hillbilly Beast/ Giant Pythons in America/ Giant killer Bees/ Mothman/ Piranha Invasion/ Lizard Monster/ Sierra Sasquatch/ America's Wolfman.
Whether you take cryptozoology seriously or not these documentaries make fascinating and entertaining viewing. For fans of cryptozoology an eight disc set at such a low price is a must buy. I only gave it four stars because some of the creatures have been investigated before and are not that interesting e.g. giant snakes and giant fish. Lake Demons (Ogopogo) and The Abominable Snowman and Mothman are probably the highlights here.

I've enyoyed MQ since series 1.. sadly this will probably be the last series. Standout episodes for S4 include the search for the tassie tiger ( I swear it's still out there mate, fair dinkum ! ), mothmen mayhem across the midwest and real live giant pythons ( that pie-thons in american ) slithering across the backyards of Florida. The Orson Welles style commentary does get a bit daft at times, but this is the only bad aspect of an otherwise excellent show. Ideal for the monster enthusiast.

Bought this set for my fiancé who loves monster quest. This is the biggest set of DVDs in the series thus far so good value for money, although I think a couple of episodes are repeated from previous series. Well worth buying.
