Monica is like a goddess, she is the perfect example of a woman. The book is just the reflect of this, very good and not-so-good pictures, but is worth the price for those who are lovers, like me.

An exquisite tribute to Italy's best known contemporary model and actress. A rare beauty, known to many for her successes as an actress in Bram Stoker's Dracula, The Matrix Reloaded (who could possibly forget 'Persephone'?), and Malena; to name only a very few.
This rich, carefully constructed (and dare I say 'glamorous') volume brings together over one hundred exquisite, sensual photographs; captured through the lens of some of the world's leading photographers, and spans something of Monica Bellucci's twenty-year career, both in modelling and acting.
Prints from just one of these photographers might well justify a stand alone book, but here there is a constantly beautiful 'subject' radiates, and we're treated to work from the likes of Peter Lindbergh, Helmut Newton and Fabrizio Ferri. Bring all of these telents together makes for quite a rare collection.
Certainly one for those that appreciate the styles and signature notes of photography, but best not to forget that it is Bellucci as herself who makes this book stand out.

Great book, but you have to check the publisher, and then guess the language of the book you will receive. That's also why you see different prises for the book...

It's OK. Looked through it once, probably won't again. Was it worth it? Probably not. Not very insightful, tells you nothing, and most of the images are not very good. Read more
