The cast iron is also coated with a high quality vitreous enamel, a tasteful red exterior with contasting cream which would add a splash of colour to most kitchens. Alongside the appearance the enamel is hygenic and impermeable. It is suitable for use in ovens, under the grill and on hobs including electric, gas, ceramic, halogen top and induction.
This smart casserole dish can also be used from oven to table and has heat proof knobs on the lids to help serve your produce. It is easy to maintain and suitable for use in the dishwasher.
