I'm honestly not impressed with this pen; I really expected better based on its price point. First of, there is nothing special about the ink. It's not better than that of many pens that cost half as much and it's actually quite slow to dry. Never been able to smudge ink like I can with this fancy Moleskine variety. Secondly, the build quality of the pen feels rather flimsy and cheap; there is no real weight to the pen and the oh-so-special clip-on part of the hood is kinda lose - not to the point where I feel like it'll fall off, but enough to make me feel like it's much less that than the luxery product that you'd expect. If the pen had said Coca Cola on the side I'd never have given it a second look. The tip has a spring build in that is supposed to make writing easier, but in order to push the spring even a little you have to apply a measure of force that'll easily pierce a normal Moleskine page. To top it all of the tip is kinda scratchy in a way that hinders the smooth writing experience that it's supposed to provide. I won't even go into the laughable stickers...
The only real redeemable quality of the pen is its square design makes it fit snug and tightly against your notebook's cover.
This is not a unusable pen, I won't go that far, but as I said I wouldn't have a problem throwing it away if I hadn't paid so damn much for it.
My advice: Don't buy this pen. Go to your local book store or office supply store and try out a bunch of pens (I prefer gel-pens, in your Moleskine) I assure you that you will be able to find a much better alternative for about half the price - if not for less. I'm normally very fond of Moleskine's products, but this one was a real let down.
