The 12-month weekly dairy featuries a black soft cover with rounded edges, it has 144 acid-free paper pages, a ribbon bookmark and elastic enclosure. There is an expandable inner pocket which contains 225 adhesive labels to mark important dates and deadlines. The notebook diary shows the week's appointments at a glance on the left, with a lined page on the right for notes and ideas.

Surely a design classic, the Moleskine notebook was originally made by a small bookbinding company in Paris. For a hundred years discerning artists, journalists, authors and travellers were able to buy these wonderful notebooks in Parisian stationers. Picasso, Van Gogh, Hemingway and Chatwin were all fans of this anonymous little black notebook. In 1986 the manufacturer of these notebooks, then based in Tours, closed down and they were no longer available until a Milanese publisher began to produce them again in 1990. Since then the range has expanded hugely but the basic concept and quality remain exactly the same. We have stocked Moleskine since 1990.

this the second year that I have used a Moleskine diary - in fact, after many years, I have reverted from a PDA back to pen and paper - for reliability!!
The one side for diary entries and the other for notes suits me well and the size is just right for a handbag. I like the moleskine cover and the elastic closing strap.

I found this diary last year and will probably never be happy with any other. It has space for extra information adjacent to the weekly diary. I have found it invaluable and I am retired!! I wish I had found it when I was working.

this is my second moleskin and I remain pleased with it. this one has the diary on the left and the note page on the right; would perhaps have preferred it the other way round, but it's a minor point. It's a good feature. There's a pocket at the back so was able to transfer my address book from my old diary, which was useful. elasticatic marker useful as is the ribbon so you can earmark 2 different pages at once. good size, stylish; good quality; recommend
