As someone who works in the pest control industry and among other things has been catching moles for the last 15 years I thought I would give this book a go. Mole catching is only a part of what I do. Now I have been very successful in dealing with mole infestations, and have been on approved MAFF courses in the pursuit of the moles even as far as going on a poisons course.
I didn't think I could be taught any new tricks, but I take my hat off to the author Jeff Nicholls. It is comprehensive and informative, but above all it has fine tuned what I know AND taught me new tricks.
For the novice and experienced mole catcher this book is a goldmine of information.
I gave up using gas and poisons a few years ago so I have the same outlook to the problem as the author,I now rely totally on traps.

excellent book all the bases covered good straight info if you've got moles this will get you a long way to being without them now all you will need is the patience to apply the practice with diligence cos kill one and along will come another oh and then once they've gone six months later all the tunnels cave in think i'll move to the city excellent if youve got a garden that backs onto fields excellent if youve a hankering to earn a little extra in the weekend

This is a great book on a little written about subject, there is plenty of information here and I think both amateur and professional mole catchers will find this book of interest.

Great for catching moles
