1) To be fair the delivery & customer service are very good but not their product --the PC speakers!
2) The pair of speakers actually do look good, slim & light & most important with enough long length of cables (USB & signal cables)that allow you to connect the speakers to your PC & its also powered by USB & do not need extra power supply.
3) Quality -- not as good as one might expected, I mean the speakers cannot perform the basic functions : you can hear sound distortion when volume is at max but the worse thing is there is clearly a lost of sound (broken sound) at regular interval at about every 20 seconds no matter at what levels of volume!!That is I can only hear a broken song at regular interval & this symptom is not only happened when playing music but also happen when playing Windows default sound & I have tested the speakers under different conditions & the same symptom happened & clearly it is the speakers' quality issue & that I cannot accept!!! How can anyone accept that speakers play broken sound at regular interval??!!
4) The seller did offer a product exchange or refund but I just did not bother to waste more time on this product & bought another one from Argos!!

well i had my Modern-Tech 860W USB Powered PC/ Laptop Speakers this morning put in usb and black connection im not getting no sound from them total rubbish i recommend that people do not buy these speakers they are not worth the time of dayModern-Tech 860W USB Powered PC/ Laptop Speakers

Speakers were OK for the price, but mobile phones any where within about 5 feet would cause them to buzz when making calls etc. I returned the speakers for a refund as they were used in a busy office with many mobiles.

Disappointed
At first the speakers were great but approx 3 days ago the on/off switch stopped working - not really impressed considering I have only had them approx 1 month!

Feedback
Obviously this item is very economical but the feedback (buzzing) is a little disappointing. The item did arrive on time however and they were easy to install.

DONT BUY THESE
THESE DONT WORK, THEY DONT WORK IN YOUR COMPUTER AND ALL THEY HAVE IS BACKGROUND NOISE IF YOU TURN THE POWER ON!
