It's a hip and modern book. It's great for undergraduate and graduate students unfamiliar with rhetoric criticism. Rhetoric criticism made easy written in a simple, straightforward, and occasionally humorous style. This is the only book I actually anticipate reading for my rhetoric class. This book gives its readers working vocabulary with which they use to analyze rhetoric of a text. As well, it supplies easy-to-understand guide to critiquing. The chapters in the book consist of three units: Introduction to Criticism, General Forms of Criticism, and Specialized Form of Criticism. Within these units, the book has separate chapters on analyzing ideas, situations, word choices, media, and more. As well, separate chapters consist of drama, role, cultural, and feminist criticism.
