I got a used copy and it was a great deal. The book helped me get an A! Well, I helped myself get the A, but the book was great. Best thing was how quickly I got the book. The whole experience was easy, and took the stress off the book process, so I could focus on the material.

Planned to purchase an item yet purchased the incorrect item. Paid $333 for it and nearly $13 in shipping and handling. Returned item according to directions, and pain $8.65 to return the item. Only received a refund of $308 because I had to pay "restocking" fee. I simply opened the box, saw it was wrong and sent it back. Careful about this "restocking" fee. Not sure what that is or why I need to pay it. Amazon came through and was able to refund me the difference but not the shipping fees. I am out $22. Very dissapointed.
