5.0 out of 5 stars chess openings ideas from the greats, 9 Feb 2003
By A Customer
This review is from: Modern Chess Theory 1980 - 1981 (Paperback)
hardinge simpole publishers are to be congratulated on rescuing this series of chess theory articles from oblivion. there are contributions by world champion to be garry kasparov and ex world champion max euwe-altho the articles are ostensibly just about the openings the analysis is very deep and varied and covers strategy, the middlegame and even the endgame, a must for the serious chess student!
