This book is great put it all into reality for me, I finally understood what lecturers were talking about.

It's great and was described well by the seller and arrived quicker than anticipated.

# This book in particular, I have to advise should be read in small doses, instead of trying to be read all in one go. Teachers/university lecturers should find interesting and an aid in taking a different approach to their individual particular teaching method. It could also inspire the reader to review their own career, constructively, and get that promotion they've sought after for so long without telling anyone.
# Final point: this book is perfect for you if you work with mentally challenged people, and you are very tolerant and understanding of these conditions plus very patient with those less fortunate (mentally), you'll be the ward's favourite staff member (In no way, do I endorse, competiton at work).
