This case is well made and looks good. All the ports are accessible.
The front folds right back and, because it's rigid, it doesn't flop about when holding in one hand as some other designs do. The case adds 284g to the weight of the tablet so can get a bit heavy for holding in one hand.
I replaced the original case I received and the comments below relate to that defective item. I would recommend this case on the basis of the second example I received.
Unfortunately it has a significant drawback. When you open the case it does, as expected, switch on the device. You can then fold the cover completely back so that it is flat against the back of the tablet. If you do, the magnets in the cover switch the device off again. If you switch the device on again you find that the notification bar moves one icon to the right and you can't drag it down. The only way you can get the notification bar to work is if you pull the folded cover away from the back of the tablet. This, unfortunately, makes the case useless.
It may be that there's just something wrong with the case I've been sent - too strong magnets, perhaps - but I'm reluctant to try another example of this case as the magnets may cause harm to the digitiser.
