I recently purchased this item and was rather pleased when I opened the box, they were exactly what I was looking for and were a good size. The only reason why I didn't rate this product higher is that having opened the box I quickly noticed that the top two glasses actually had a split completely down one side meaning that we are unable to use them. I presume this happened during the delivery stage and perhaps may be a one off. However I do have my concerns now that either the item is on the fragile side and this may happen fairly easily to the others, or that the product needs more packaging in which case I'm reluctant to order any more at this stage.
