This was a lovely sweet fairy tale for Christmas. As a person who still believes firmly in Santa Claus, I delighted in turning the pages. Santa Claus playing cupid is a lovely concept. Lyn Gardner managed to put all the right ingredients together to produce a feel-good story, humour, misunderstanding and lots of love.
I love Lyn Gardner's books and look forward to reading many more in the future.

When Diana Clarke was four years old, she sent a letter to Santa. Unfortunately it remained undiscovered in the lining of Santa's sack for thirty years. Santa has a huge problem. Well, two really. First a child's wish has never been not answered. Second, Diana isn't a child any longer and there is nothing in the workshop suitable. Santa is at a loss as to know what to do. After all, Santa is for kids..........Right? Santa calls upon his boss, the Higher Power. He is given a suggestion. There is one possibility.

Santa knows Diana will be attending three Christmas parties. So he arranges for his head Elf, Percy Giggly-Legs, to deliver a sprig of mistletoe to each party. Hopefully Diana will find the present she asked for thirty years previously under one of them.

A lovely, hilarious, delightful, well written tale of romance for adults at Christmas. Even though we know Santa only existed in a fantasy world, this fantasy story brought back all the feel good emotions and anticipation I associated with being a child at Christmas.

The characters are all cute and multidimensional. Whether or not you believe in love at first sight, this story is a little treasure. To be read each year as my build up to Christmas.

This is the second time I've read this book and it gets better each time. I read it after Christmas earlier on in the year and knew I'd read it again, so saved my review for now.

If you only buy one Christmas fantasy romance, I'd recommend this one. I love it.

This is an ideal book to read before Christmas.

Diana Clarke had sent a letter to Santa Claus when she was 4. This letter was found by the chief elf stuck in the lining of a sack 30 years later. Santa decided that her wish should be granted. So his chief elf was sent out on a missin with 3 sprigs of. Miscltoe. Read the laughter and mayhem that occurs when Diana tries to find true love. Who was this mysterious Jamison Nash?

This book will make you believe in Christmas again. All the characters are believable and you can see part of yourself in each one. This is an adult version of A Night Before Christmas meets A Christmas Carol.

Watch out for the Misceltoe.

Can't wit to read your next book.

If you can get past the silliness of some of the elves' names, this becomes a really sweet, heartwarming story, perfect for Christmas. It's almost enough to make an oldie like me start believing again!

At times a bit heavy on the sex scenes, this is a story that could very easily stand alone as a cracking read without any steamy scenes at all. But, maybe, I am just getting a bit prudish and boring in middle age!

Read,and enjoy!

I have no idea how on earth this book has garnered such positive reviews on Amazon. The writing is atrocious, The main characters "snicker", "giggle" and are "amused" on virtually every page. The plot and descriptions are cringeworthy, the Epilogue is worse. I was hoping for a well written love story, but unfortunately I didn't get it with this mess. Ugh.

I won't bore you with a recap of the synopsis you can get that off Amazon. I got this book as I liked the new twist on the theme of Father Christmas granting every child their Christmas wish. I was glad I did as the story is really very good and the characters well defined. It is well worth a read and I would recommend it to anyone whether you believe or not!
