A Kid's Review
In the year 490 B.C. The Persians came to invade Greece. Philipas, a young Athenian boy is sent to his family over the mountains to warn them, but will he get to them in time? Will he be haunted by the mountain god ...Pan! Will The Spartans arrive in time to beat The Persians? All these are his worries as he crosses the dangerous mountains of Pentelicus.
A lovely story explaining about Greece with all Greek names and what Greece is really like. I could recommend this beautiful book to anyone interested in Greek history.

Luke Nicholas McLaren, age 9 from Greece.
