its like a Cross between S Club and Avril Lavigne. Amy Studt has producted a great sound for Summer 2003. Although this may be nothing completley orginal its still a great tune from a young artist. Its an easy listening tune..... and hopefully one of many more to come

When I first heard of Amy Studt (Just a Little Girl), I was very interested, she had a different voice and her song style stood out, now a while later we hear her second single (Misfit) and it is a brilliant follow up. She is a budding young star and I cannot wait till the album (False Smiles) is out. I recommend you get this single and if you have heard the song I'm sure you wont need a second opinion.
Five Stars, Amy Studt a brilliant artist.

Right well in comparison to her previous single "Just a Little Girl" this song is a lot more catchy and "poppy" and i think will attract a wider audience. This was co-written with Karen Poole from Alisha's Attic and you can really hear the Alisha's Attic influence to it, that i personally feel is a good thing being a fan on Alisha's Attic. I could mention the teenage angst, but i don't really feel this applies to this song apart from the lyrics are about feeling like, ironically a "misfit". Overall the song is very catchy and hopefully will make a very talented person as well known as Avril Lavigne...maybe Britain's Avril Lavigne?! But i recommend this song.
