Miracle Noodle is a small family business dedicated to providing the highest quality non-soy traditional shirataki on the market. The soluble fiber found in the Miracle Noodle slows digestion and prolongs the sensation of fullness and is an essential part of any weight loss program. You also absorb more nutrients in the foods you eat with The Miracle Noodle due to the slowing of digestion. By slowing the digestive process, there is a slower absorption of glucose which then requires a slower release of insulin from the pancreas which aids in the normalization of blood glucose after eating a meal.
Soluble fiber binds bile acids that are secreted from the gall bladder. These bile acids have cholesterol in them and are bound up by the soluble fiber in the Miracle Noodle and then excreted. Known for its health benefits for 2000 years in China and Japan, shirataki is made from the root of a plant called the konnyaku imo. Shirataki is made only from the soluble fiber of the plant, as such it only contains a healthy soluble fiber known as glucomannan. Since it is only made of soluble fiber, it is remarkably low in calories. Miracle Noodles absorb the flavours of any sauce or dish you prepare.

Shirataki Noodles 180gMiracle Noodle Shirataki Angel Hair Pasta 198 g (Pack of 6)These noodles are great if you are on a low carb diet. You need to rinse them thoroughly, but they are great with dishes that have a sauce eg curry or bolognaise.They are also really easy to heat, you just put them in boiling water and wait for a minute and they are done. I had bolognaise the other day and hardly noticed it wasn't "real" spaghetti!

I have ordered those noodles, even though I was taken aback by the bad reviews. If you wash them properly they do not smell, and taste great. I also had them delivered within 3 days from ordering which was amazing! Will order some more!

Simply rinse them in water (as in a miso type water), I boil them separate OVER my partners full fat noodles with a strainer over it if that makes sense as only need couple mins/blanching.
Adding a pinch of 'chinese five spice' does wonders to the taste!
Pour over stir fry- and is lovely!
I Reccomend this with it-
Sweet Chili Sauce with Veg:
4 tablespoon Splenda or Xylitol
3 pieces garlic cloves, peeled
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
1 tablespoon (Rice vinegar, red vinegar or normal vinegar) optional
Couple chillis deseeded cut up and added.
Splash of oil if needed.
Dont have to be exact with quantities
Then add pak choi, spring onions, quorn, mushroom, what ever you like! to the sauce- pour over = Low calorie Heaven! :)
LITTLE TIP - cut them up before covering with your sauce- they will taste better as can be a bit squidgy all long.

it taste ok
the noodles taste ok , i was expecting the same taste that the tofu noodle which is a way better , but at least its easy to cook and we can make many recipe with those noodles.

Good carb alternative
This will not be to everyone's taste. The smell which is quite fishy goes away once you wash and boil pasta for 1 min. Don't be put off by it. Read more

Expensive water
The product is sold by weight and sold in large sachets of water - very expensive and poor value.
