This book has recipes for meals, deserts and snacks, all featuring a 'superfood'. It's well laid out and has good pictures. It's the kind of book that inspires you to buy a few extra ingredients while shopping so that you can make some of the slightly more esoteric items. My 19 month old taste tester has approved everything so far - well, except the Mexican baked eggs, which were, frankly, a bit odd. But I don't think today's sunflower and date muesli squares are going to be around for long. Last week's blueberry and orange muffins certainly went down well, as did the pea and potato and dill samosas.

It's a good book for when you're wondering what on earth to cook for your little one tonight - and the recipes are tasty for adults too.
