Product Description
Bibs and Stuff Miracle blanket is a patented, shaped swaddling blanket that is easy to use. There are no poppers or Velcro that could scratch baby's delicate skin and the long fabric ensures a secure wrap.
Helps to comfort new babies and reminds them of the sensation of being in the womb. Helps to prevent them startling themselves awake or scratching themselves. Gentle pressure around the abdomen also helps to relieve the effects of colic.
Fully open out the blanket with the foot pouch at the bottom (so the tip of the triangle points down) and place baby onto it with the top of their shoulders slightly above the top of the blanket. Wrap arm flaps over each arm and tuck the fabric under the body to secure the arms by their sides (make sure they are not too snug under baby's arms). Tuck feet into foot pouch and gently fold the short side of the blanket over baby's belly and tuck it under the left armpit. Wrap the long side of the blanket over the top of baby's belly and around the body until there is just enough to place underneath body to hold in place.

How to Use
Machine wash cold. Tumble dry on low.
Hazards and Cautions
Always make sure your baby is at the correct temperature. Make sure the Miracle Blanket is just below the tops of the shoulders and it is pulled snug. Wash before use.

I bought this following a recommendation as my baby was only having short naps. The product arrived swiftly and safely, so I was very pleased with the seller and as for the product itself brilliant! The inner flaps help to keep your baby more secure than a standard swaddling, as they hold the arms snugly against the side of the body. Then the outer flaps wrap around their belly giving a snug finish. This means that even if your baby wriggles a lot (like ours does!) they are held firmly by the blanket. This meant an end to those short naps, she now sleeps through in the day for over an hour and a half, and it helps her sleep through at night.
The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because it only goes upto 14 weeks and I need one that lasts a lot longer! That said if your baby is not averagely big it will last longer, as you can leave the feet out of the pocket at the bottom, it should still work fine for many weeks more.

I bought this as I had read that swaddling was good to help tiny babies to sleep. However it has only been used a few times, and was an utter waste of money.
It is complicated to use, and if the baby is wriggling, almost impossible to wrap sufficiently tightly. It needs to be removed completely to change a nappy, which is a real nuisance in the middle of the night, as unwrapping it and then rewrapping is guaranteed to wake an otherwise sleepy baby.
We bought a Summer Infant Swaddle Pod (and bought a second one, once we realised how useless the Miracle Blanket was), which is far superior, and I would recommend buying the Swaddle Pod instead of this fiddly and overpriced item.

This is a brilliant product. My 4 week old had extremely strong arms and would always manage to get his arms out of other swaddles. He seemed to suffer badly from 'Mono' reflex and getting him back off after the middle of the night feed was getting to be quite a long task. He was very unhappy at first as the extra inserts really meant that he couldnt move his arms and it took about 5 days for him to get used to it but he is sleeping brilliantly now. I am a sleeping bag fan and didnt swaddle my eldest and do worry about making the transition so i am going to leave it another month or so. The only down side is it is a little short and as my now 8 week old is already in 3-6 month clothing he wont be able to use it for much longer.
