Best to start with a lower weight then gradually increase to a heavier weight to get a more effective workout. Makes you sweat though and is brilliant only short term as you need to find something more challenging. Great exercise though!

I have sweated my way through lots of fitness DVDs but I have to say both 15min fast fitness DVDs are brilliant. I do one workout each morning, sweat like crazy, am already feeling fitter, my abs look flatter. my butt is tighter and the workout time is perfect. The presenters are real athletes and you can tell, their exercise choices are varied and i love the fact they look like they are having a real workout too.

Great dvd - I do the 15 min core followed by the 15 min strength, and even though visually I'm not seeing a whole lot yet, the exercises are so much easier than they were when I started. I'm assuming that means it's happening within and soon it should show! The only annoyance with this dvd is some of the inane things the presenters say (like using the word 'negate' when they mean 'neglect') but otherwise it's a good pep-talk all the way through, and good music changes to keep you engaged.

I love this exercise routine. You can do as little or as much as you like. You can just do one of the 15 min workouts if you are in a rush, or two if you have a bit more time. But they certainly do work out your whole body. I do it when I get in from work while dinner is cooking, its ideal. I am no fitness fanatic I hasten to add, but this is perfect, you can make it as intense as you are comfortable with. And build it up gradually.

This is a great DVD and it will bring real results very quickly, but it is not for beginners. Anyone new to exercise or returning after a break should not start with this DVD. Despite Ms Pacey and Mr Gordon saying that beginners can do the exercises and despite Ms Pacey demonstrating the easier form of the exercise, it should not be attempted by anyone who has not already been exercising for some time. The workouts are intense, the muscle conditioning is deep, relying on a considerable degree of technical accuracy even in the easier versions and if you are rusty you could end up injuring yourself. The warm up is also brief and designed for someone whose muscles are already used to exercise. Please get a reasonable level of cardiovascular fitness first before attempting this workout. When you have some conditioning, please try it, because it will achieve results quickly.
