I absolutely loved this airer at first. I had the wide 3-tier version. It looks fantastic and fit a LOT of washing. I was really thrilled with it. But then just 1 month after purchasing it, the plastic clips on the side which hold the airer up, didn't hold and the airer collapsed when I put washing on, leaving my washing all over the floor.. and from thereafter the airer collapsed immediately upon trying to stand it up, because the plastic clips just didn't hold it.. I was so disappointed. and have had to return it.. :o( It really is a shame because but for that small (but absolutely CRUCIAL!!) design flaw, this would be a fantastic product.. I really hope they fix it...

I bought this rack because it looked solid and well made, but the plastic joints and clips which hold it together are feeble and started to fail almost immediately. After a few months it started to collapse under a normal load of laundry - after less than a year it was landfill. Look elsewhere.

The handles that hold this unit together deteriorate after a few months which leads to the airer collapsing while in use. In the past I managed to obtain a new set of handles from Minky however on this occasion after 2 months of emails and phone calls to the company with no response, they have now informed me that they will be unable to supply the handles for 'health and safety' reasons. This is a company and a product best avoided.

Sturdy, with plenty of space.
Good sturdy construction and tall compact shape when erect. Offers plenty of drying space for a big load of washing. I was suprised at the quality, considering the price.
