This is another DVD choreographed (although not presented) by Gareth Walker, and if you're already familiar with his other M.O.S. workouts you'll know what to expect. This is quite dance based, but there are two options, one for beginners/intermediate and another for advanced, whichever you choose they both provide a good cardio workout. Where these are head and shoulders over the likes of Davina's DVDs is in the routines. As you're going to have to learn and perfect them they don't get dull, and you feel a real sense of achievement as you improve. You have to stick with these to improve, but they aren't so tough you can't pick them up fairly quickly, and you don't need to be a professional dancer to grasp the moves (they might not look quite as impressive as the girls in this DVD, but my 'ripples' are definitely getting better!). The toning and abs sections are also excellent and sure to whip you into shape. The soundtrack is fantastic as always, there is no better music for working out. Maybe the best 'Pump it up' so far, certainly the most fun.
