Format:DVD
I brought this DVD because I love to dance and I am so bored by conventional exercising such as running.
I have to say this DVD is so much fun and Deanne is great, I went from not exercising at all to exercising 4 days a week, I alternate this DVD with pump it up-high energy to get maximum results and I look much better and feel great, my body is tighter and firmer than ever and I have loads more energy than I used to.
I like the way that if I don't have much time I can create a shorter workout, I also think that the dance moves are quite easy to pick up, and anyway who cares if you don't get them straight away, at least its in the privacy of your own home.
All in all, I would say this is a must have DVD for anyone's exercise collection.

I bought this workout dvd a few weeks ago and it was money well spent. Even though the workout is quite challenging (especially the 'Pump it up' part) it is also great fun. The instructor keeps you motivated throughout the workout and the music is good as well. I bought this dvd to lose some weight and tone my body and it really seems to work.

I have a 1 year old so its hard to get out 2 gyms etc so I've got my fair collection of workout dvd's. This however is the best one, which not only gives you a good workout but shows quick results.
All the sections are easy enough to follow and i found even if you cant pick them up just jumping around to the music is just as fun,
The high energy killed me the 1st time but if you persivere its great.
I also adore the way the trainner person ... (think her names deanne berry?) keeps you motivated by always keeping on but in a nice posative way which I found with many of the other dvd's they dont
I hate excersise but I really enjoy this DVD, I've had it months and I'm still using it
If you wanna loose weight get this, its worth it!!!

Pump it Up!
A fun DVD which gets the heart pumping, and is split into managable sections which allow variation to your workout. Recommend buying it.
